It’s almost the new year! Who else is excited? I have a lot of plans for 2018 and I cannot wait to start working towards living a healthier lifestyle. For me, 2018 is all about positivity- positive thinking and positive choices. I plan to develop a positive health coaching plan over the next couple months and I also want to start writing a book about turning negative thoughts into healthy ones.
