If you are looking for snacks during the day that are both healthy and easy, then get ready for these amazing options! For me, I do not mind meal prepping, but some days I just need something that I can grab and head out the door with. These options will work for you if you are Gluten Free and health conscious.
- Siggis Yogurt
Thank you to my coworker and those fitness/health instagramers that I follow- Siggis has turned out to be one of my favorite yogurts. I do not have a lot of dairy in my diet, because I like to keep a pretty clean dairy free menu- but for this snack, I make an exception. Tasty!
- Coffee Protein Shake
This is the perfect shake to make in the early morning or you can make it the night before. Most times, I make it the night before so I can grab it on my way to work. I would like to give credit to Tone It Up for this recipe- it’s fantastic:
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Cup of Ice Cubs
1/2 Cup of coffee or 1 shot of espresso
1/2 cup pof almond milk
1 Scoop of PerfectFit Protein Powder
These bars are also a new discovery of mine. So glad I found them- I am in love! Only downside is that they can be a bit pricey. I get them at Hannaford, 2 for $4.00, (Normally 2 for $5.00 at other stores). My favorites are the Peanut Butter Chocolate, Maple Sea Salt, and Chocolate Sea Salt.
